First off, I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. From the beginning of the opening credits to the stinger at the end I was amused to one degree or another. The while film has the feel of a labor of love. The cast brings their A game, the script is very faithful to the source material, & the soundtrack is almost as good as the Guardians of the Galaxy.
This is not a movie for young kids (surprise!)...unless you think your child is ready for lots of blood, ultra-violence, sex (including things that are now illegal in Michigan again), sexual innuendo so thinly veiled that it actually has a magnifying effect, torture, & Ikea furniture assembly (shudder).
I'll definitely be picking this one up on Bluray so I can hunt for Easter eggs over multiple viewings.
