I’m working on building a vlog/podcast aimed just at men on real vs. fake (toxic) masculinity. One of the topics talks about “Real Men Protect Women and Children. Not because they are weak but because they’re vulnerable.”
So, I was wondering what are some things you had to be told as a young woman by your parents or whomever to “protect yourself”. For example: “Keep an eye on your drink, don’t get in an elevator with a man alone, etc.”?

I used to hear from my mother to not accept drinks and foods from strangers.
