Freaking out people in Walmart.
You have to take your fun as it comes. Today was my 1 week checkup, post-Lasik. Apparently everything is fine. My left eye is now better than my right, but that may change. All is good, and I'm done with antibiotics.
Anyway, part of the exam involves putting some yellow dye in my eyes. I don't know what it does, but I guess it does something for the exam. It also turned my eyeballs yellow.
Right after the exam, I went to Walmart for some dried fruit and Irish cheese. I took off my sunglasses as soon as I went in, and right away people started giving me odd looks. It took me a few minutes to realize that my eyes look like my liver exploded.
