Made it to the SoCo show. I got my ticket 30 min before at the Record Exchange, would have been SOL if I would have tried to get it at the door, sold out. 21 and over gets first access from the bar. I get myself a Rolling Rock and wait to be let into the floor area. When it opened up, I went directly to the front, then they let the kids in, most of them were betwwen 14 and 17. This relly cute girl stands next to me and we start talking about how we're rally there for SoCo and all the other bands are just in the way and old school punk, really getting along and lesding me to believe the she's has to be around 18-20. She started talking about school and her parents, and just as I was about to ask her number, her friend said something like "You turn 16 next week, right?"

The openers were OK, a lot of the kids there were there for Juliana Theory, a lot of crowd surfing, I was constanly looking back to make sure I could get the next person. SoCo rocked my socks. They started with a Sheil Silverstein, played Huricane, Punk Rock Princess, I Kissed a Drunk Girl, Konstantine, a few others and finished with iF yoU C Jordan, at the end of which he poured grill lighter fluid on top of the piano, set it on fire, then stomped it out with his sandles, so rad.
