well, its finally over. all the christmas shopping and anxiety. well, i'm the grinch, so i didn't have to deal with all that. HA! i'm not really the grinch. i'm just not okay with the expectations of gifts so i have decided not to partake in it this year.

i hope everyone had a damn good christmas meal though! the two months between thanksgiving and christmas are my "let lose" months. i love pie and cookies and all that other good stuff. but now its over. sigh...

guess who is going rafting on class 5 on new years day! thats fucking right, i am! i haven't seen class 5 since we've moved here, let alone rafted any. oh man....its going to the shit.

and the next day i have off, so i'll be able to recoop and unpack into my lovely new room! i can't wait to get settled into home i can be happy in. last night, i went over there to hang out with A and N. we watched a silly 80's movie with Kevin Bacon in it. And no, it wasn't footloose. i wish it was though, i haven't seen that movie in so friggen long. but it was a movie about a river trip and he was the trip leader. but went psycho on the kids and they ran off. oh it was amusing.

while we were sitting there watching the movie, i was looking around the place and became anxious to move in. i think it will be a wondeful home.
