Now we have a bassist, based in LA, who rocks out. Totally totally rocks. Friend of our guitarist Erock.
We will be at Winter NAMM showcasing for halo guitars (at least).

Finals will be done in Miami later this year.
At first my guy went ballistic that it looked like I was abandoning our joint project because Severance is so close to completion (like I am just jumping on whatever ship looks fastest, oh whatnot), but the other day he looked at me and was like "I fully support you on moving forward with Severance, and however I can help or be involved, I will." Whoah dude. That was a moment.
And our joint project is actually coming along faster now...that looks slated to be done soon as well, at least the album...

Me too! Actually, it's a Jack Off Jill song I do acoustic now - I may do a segue into my own song "Souls Like Chalkdust," which has the lyrics "Tonight I waltz with the Devil, While today you walk with the Lord."
NOt a lot of meaningful lyrics; just rock and roll based on the title, which I copped from a line in a Robert Charles Wilson book (Darwinia). I highly recommend him - He's a sci fi/head trip writer in Toronto who's a little more into fringe culture (though I hate the term) than most. His wife's a friend of mine.
Any chance your album will be available? Mine I'll just give copies to people with the guts, stupidity, or ennui needed to listen to me.
