Well it has been a while. I had some trouble with the new site design, but I think I got it straightened out. When last you heard from me, I had a new Bike. Well the new wore off when I was going up a hill pumping hard and I shucked the front set of gears in the shaft drive. That was October 21, exactly one month from the day I received it. So i sent it back to the maker, and it arrived with them on November first and they are trying to blame the problem on me. They didn't come right out and say it, but they are leaning that way. I have worked on Quality Control, and Manufacturing, and currently in my Camera Repair business, I have to deal with a lot of Warranty work, so I don't think they know who they are dealing with. If they don't fix the bike at no cost to me, and return it, with an extended warranty, then I will be forced to remind them that I have a bit more free time than most people and I will spend it talking about there product on the inter net.
Like I always like to say: The customer is not always right...But, they are the customer--Right.
