Well despite the cool weather work is still going strong. This is very good, as most years my income drops in the winter months and I am depressed and broke. I get Seasonal Effective Dissorder pretty badly, and one of the things it does to me is, make me crave carbs. So the last few weeks I have been scarfing down just about every sweet I can find; so much for my diet.
Since work has been good, I am going to see about joining a Gym for some healthful excercise, and see if I can't over come the SED, this winter, and maybe loose some weight. Me at 185 is pretty awesome, but that is still around 60 pounds away.
