I'm beginning to think I suffer from insomnia. For the past several months it's all I can do to fall asleep by 5am. I could blame it on my internet addiction -- but the bottom line is I'm just not tired. I've tried sleep meds and staying up all night in hopes that the following day I could fix my sleep schedule -- no dice. If anyone else has this same problem, or has found a solution to it -- I would LOVE to know what the heck I should do... because I don't like being a zombie all the time.
