Giving up on the diet. Re-read the article and realized by "diet" they were talking about healthy eating and becoming "satitated" when you eat, not about losing weight. The article confused me when it had mentioned that "some" people lost weight as a result. So, its almost time to go back to the original Atkins diet. Its the only one that worked for me, and I would have kept losing had I not stopped it last year.

My trip in May looks like its just gonna be me. The only way it wouldn't is if I scrubbed Atlanta and went west. But people in Atlanta are now waiting for me... and I really don't want to drive through the Rockies or Grand Canyon or what have you.
