The Desert Museum - which is more of a zoo then anything else.
Old Tucson Studio - they filmed a bunch of old cowbot movies here.
Farther south is:
Kartchner Caverns - huge cave system
Tombstone - all tourist trap, all the time
There is also the Grand Canyon and Mexico is only two hours away.
