Went to the doc today, she said it could be hypoglycemia, some kind of epilepsy or indeed panic attacks.
So I took a bunch of blood tests, have to go back tomorrow for another test I have to take fasting and then I have a new appointment with my doc on Tuesday.
So no answers yet but at least I'm closing in on some kind...

I slept for almost 24 hours. From Friday afternoon way into Saturday. I was awake for a few hours inbetween, making dinner for myself, then went back to sleep. Saturday I packed away the Easter bomb that had gone off, got some writing done, got drunk, slept for an hour, was awake all night, slept from early morning today til the afternoon.
