I've never been diagnosed with any format of attention deficit. But I'm always scattered brain and never seem to have much focus on one thing at a time. Does anyone out there suffer from scatter brain besides me?
If so how do you manage things. Do you make a list of to do things? I'm know I can't be the only one. I'm just looking for some solutions to a common problem that I continue to have.
