So had a interesting conversation at therapy yesterday. I'm to reflect on finding my personal worth and what it takes to keep me around. It's proving to be much harder than I thought. How do I myself set that value?

I'm supposed to look at dating as a negotiating table. What am I going offer the other person and what do they offer me. But we both have to know what we are worth and what it will take to keep each. No more just what will it take to stay here.
