Your advice about work breaks was right on... I work 9:30 - 6 and take about an hour lunch at 1:30... during lunch I don't even eat lunch, I just run errands so I don't have to do it after work. Then I get back to my desk and eat lunch there which is also added to lunch break, plus the extra break while everyone else is away at lunch... so in total thats like 2 1/2 hours of breaks.
Its like office space... you have to make yourself look busy. One task that should take 15 minutes of concentrated time.. i can make it last 3 hours with ADD time.
