So, the manager of my apartment building has been trying to get his handyman to some drywall work on my bathroom for like a month. He was just about to give up and hire a contractor to come in and do it just to get it over with. AND he was going to try and have it done over a weekend so I wouldn't be too inconvenienced with not being able to use the shower for work when I get up in the mornings.
Well, I come home from work yesterday and the handyman is in my apartment tearing out the old drywall. Thanks for checking in with the manager dipshit... oh, and thanks for the fucking warning. The manager is letting me use the shower in one of the vacant apartments in the morning so I'm not all gross going into work. It was weird taking a shower in some other place that no one lives in. I felt a bit like a squatter. And I'm going ot have to do it again tomorrow too since they still have to paint over all their work still.
I guess it's a plus not to have random people walking in and out of my apartment while I'm home on the weekends having to deal with it.
