id say shoot a lot. the first one i ever shot got accepted, and though i dont like it now.....its still a journey, you know? i look at the set i have up and am like, "man, i am never dyeing my hair blonde again."
its fun! do it now. i think i've shot like 5 sets, and only sent in two. so....there you go. its also a process of being comfy with teh camera and being yourself and looking like youre having fun, goddamnit. i am so sick of all of these static poses and girls not smiling..
