the battles inside my mind...



i must eat. it's food. it's good for my body. eat it (but be wise, dear)

i must sleep. relax, breathe deeply, designate time for your body to rest and do it. wind down. detach from what feels too real, it will all pass (and all of it will).

make a ritual of hygiene. pamper yourself, tend to the vessel, it will be gone before long. quit it with the hurtful fixations (heal, heal, heal).

work. do a good job, be your best without sacrificing (which is different from compromise). stop daydreaming; work. be occupied.

nurture your relationships. no matter where you are, be there, and be only yourself. do not assume anyone's position but your own (there is so much there).

you will get through this, but not so well if you don't take care.
you belong to your heart and to life itself.
what will you have should you waste it on this stress so negatively? you know better. make it good.
resilience, love.

have faith (everything's gonna be alright)
don't worry (it obviously makes you crazy)
be glad (every day you wake)
