I feel awful.. I feel like im worthless, i dont want to get up, dont want to eat, dont wanna go to work.. I feel like everything is going down in my life. I feel like the ugliest, fatest, most nasty thing ever. I dont even want see the mirror.. Its horrible.

A lot of people who body shame, are quite often insecure about their own appearance, and externalize their self-hatred by focussing it on others. Some haters are ugly within and without, and don't care if they hurt others - they resent beautiful people, and by that, I don't just mean externally; one can be quite plain to look at, but harbour beautiful and generous thoughts. I am not religious, but, if you go by the Bible, it says that God created Man in his own image - which is why I cannot understand why some [not all, by any means], religious folks condemn nudity. But a lot of haters and internet trolls are troubled people who need help. Ignore them. They have nothing to say. You are beautiful, and doing what you want with your life: carry on, have fun, revel in your time. I hope you manage to do everything you want to do. Much love, xxxxx
