Covered the X-Fighters tour in London at the weekend...normally halfway through the day at most shoots one can of Red Bull does the trick - a quick pick me up so to speak.

But on Saturday I drank probably 4 or 5 cans and today I feel like shit, tired, unmotivated and weird to be honest.
