I have been busy lately!!! My parents got their grant money from the state, so they can finally start to rebuild their house. Only two years after the hurricane!!! I have been over there helping with the painting and I even laid their ceramic tile floor in the kitchen. Only trouble is yesterday I irriitated a sore muscle in my neck so I will be out of commision for a few days.

My oldest daughter made cheerleader at her junior high, so I now I have to drive her to all of her games and practices. Seems as though I am always on the run. I really need to go back to work for the money situation, but just don't know how I can manage. My middle daughter is in girl scouts and it is the same with her always taking her somewhere. Between the extra activities and just normal things like doctors and dentists I don't know how I can fit in a job. Or even going back to school so I can use my brain some more before it turns to jelly. I really felt dumb the other day when I helped my middle daughter with her homework and when she came home with it she had made a D. Made me feel really great!!!


Update on my grandmother, she seems to be doing a lot better, so maybe I got a little ahead of myself thinking I was going to lose her. She did have to get a wig since the chemo made her lose all her hair. But she looks great in it and seems to be happier. I know that one day I will lose her, everyone has to pass someday, it is just hard to watch her be so unhappy and lose her ability to take care of herself.

I also have come down from the high of being in Vegs last month. It is really depressing to come back to reality sometimes. We did have a really great time ( you know what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas )
and now I cannot do all the fun things I did there. Boy would everyone in my family be surprised about my activities there. Lets just say that there sweey innocent Chryssi is not so sweet and innocent!!
