It's really suprising to me how many people really enjoy arguing. Sometimes taking pot shots at the author, sometimes at each other, and sometimes even at themselves. I think that it's even more interesting to see how some original text that you wrote can change meanings as people examine it over the course of a thread; how original text influences A then B is influenced by A and the original text. Its always entertaining, to say the least, to be at center of that and whether people think you're just inept or not responsive or simply not paying that close attention to what you've created. Accusations abound about you're credibility as an author but never about the things that you may have written, whether you're simply trying on rhetoricaly tactics and maybe playing with intertextuality and meaning.
I really like experimenting and it makes me happy that others comment on it, for good or ill. Its always rough when people don't see the same text you've created, but you can't argue against they're reading of it because it's also right.
Good stuff, though. Good stuff all around.

makes me think of a line in a jawbreaker song...
"you can turn a phrase until it reads a million ways"
