I have a place to live! YIPIEEE!
I am not going to be able to make the big move for a few weeks, but I'm DONE calling & looking & applying & all that crap! The deposit is paid, I have keys, I'm gonna be a southern CA resident soon. Scary! I'm so excited, the place is big and exactly what I wanted. Now I just need these things as housewarming gifts, and I'll be all set. Help me out!!

I've done a lot of things that can be considered regretable, but I truly believe sometimes it's those learning experiences that are exactly what we need.
