I'm totally fucked
I just got my cell phone bill and somehow I went over my fucking "daytime" minutes and I owe Cingular $450...... They charged me 50 cents a minute....
I had no idea I was so over my minutes and I am so upset and I can't pay this and I think it's ridiculous.
Can I dispute this? Can I tell them to go to hell? Do I really have to pay $450?
I think I'm gonna cry. Or vomit.

That and "I thought I had changed my calling plan -- that's why I went so far over...etc. I coulda sworn I called in and changed it. I've been a customer for such-and-such length of time, do you think you could see your way to helping me out of this, etc etc."
I think your chances are probably better that way than telling them to go fuck themselves. I've had a handful of jobs working as a phone-answering type of person and was always happy to bend the rules for someone who was cool to me -- and all too happy to fuck over the assholes who threatened me.
