yeah maybe i'll try acupuncture sometime in the future. first try and see a therapist sometime soooon though. its really awful to go around not being able to relax just being afraid of getting a panic attack for whatever crazy reason. sigh. thank you for being sweet.

I'm still in the process of reading it. It's quite a journey.
It's like I've always believed the basic idea of the book and it's wording it perfectly.

It does change the way you think, or at least view reality.
I'm pretty open minded to everything, so I really enjoy the book. You should read it.. totally worth the time.
