What's periscope? I've been seeing it a lot on the threads. Is it an app? Is it only through phones or can you do it on the computer too! Someone please tell me! I'm really bad with technology lol

Yes @chiscokid its an app you can download from iTunes App Store. It's on IOS and Android so you can use it on any mobile device including your iPad
