They sold my Grandpas house in Illinois. Actually, they sold it to a company who torn it down. That hurts. He hadnt done anything with it since my Grandma past in '89. The roof needed to by fully re-done and there was no natural gas in the house. Would have cost $100,000 at least just to get it up and running again, but non the less, it fucking sucks. I love that house, we all did.
But they sold it for a nice amount. After taxes and what he owed to the bank...its being split into 3, 2 uncles and my dad. Since my dads past, his 3rd is split into 3rds among my mom, sister and I. My uncle said we should be getting a check before Christmas. I feel like its bad money or something. I dont want to accept it. Not at this price. I dont want to get money at the expence of my Grandpa dieing. But thats what seems to be done. Its a nice chuck of change. 20g+ or so... most or all of it is going into a CD or some type of investment. But I deffinetly am getting a plane ticket out there to see everyone. And if I cant see my Grandpa in life, i'll pay my respects at his grave. They have one there for my dad too..even though his remains were spead in the Pacific Ocean. Its nice to have a place where I can actually see his name written in stone and a somewhere I can lay flowers.
Candace put Nathan on the phone tonight, and he was fully talking back. She said he doesnt do that for anyone, even her dad. God knows what he was saying, but we had a nice conversation. When I was saying bye, he was waving. How cute is that?
Work sucks. Its slow and hot inside, even though its pouring rain outside.
Halloweens coming up and its doubtful that im doing anything.
My doctors is going to send my bill to collections if I dont pay them. It hasnt even been a full year bastards!
I miss my Dickies hoodie. Stupid dryer ate my zipper.
I really really really need a haircut. But all the places around here suck and never listen to me.
Is it raining around anyone else like it is here? You cant see the top of the Torrance hill cause the clouds. Looks like the planes are crashing into the houses.
I bought a HUGE umbrella yesterday. It looks funny but it works.
Dont you hate when your dreaming and you wake up at an important time...not like that! Dirty dirty minds!....like when someone is going to say something, or your about to see a persons face. That happened like 3 times last night.
So my co-workers 16 year old son thinks he's a Crip. Yup, you 'heard' me...a Crip. As in Los Angeles based gang, bang bang, shooting type of gang. Wears this blue bandana on his wrist and calls his friends....'whats up Crip?' Okay, 1) he's white. 2) 16yrs old. 3) Nice family who takes care of him. 4) Lives in Torrance. I though it was quite funny. I told her to drop him off in L.A and then see if he still thinks he's a crip.
I 'adopted' a soldier the other day. A pen-pal of sorts. I want to make sure that they get something in the mail...expecially around holidays. Im waiting for the call from the orginization to take all my info.

Is Nathan the 2 year old mentioned in your profile? They are so cute at that age.
A crip huh? we don't get a lot of those around here. not even wannabe ones. But last year I saw the following halloween costumes: Klan member, Gestapo officer & blackface minstrel.
Young kids with grinning redneck dads standing next to em.
