I love the fact that it is actually feeling like Autumn. I have waited an entire year for the days to grow shorter and colder. Finally they are here, with wonderful yellow and orange and red leaves. the smell of wet earth, cool brisk breezes brush against my face. I love these things. Even though all of the trees and animals are getting ready to go dormant for the winter i can't help but feel this is the time i feel the most alive.
