Apparently, February is the coldest month of the year here in Arizona (news to me). Makes sense I suppose considering the first part of ‘winter’ here is really just autumn to us back home in Chicago haha.
I always have to convince outsiders how it really does get cold here! It is the desert after all and once that sun is gone so is the heat.. people really think it’s steady blazin all year round here. I wish!
I’m missing the sun intensely and really would love to just be on the hot rocks soaking it all up, feeling it beam against my skin. As soon as get my day above 80, I’m out the door you best believe! What’s your favorite part about summer? Mine really is just the sun and warmth, I love feeling free without layers of clothes and shivering til my bones break haha. Just a lot more you can do, places you can go!
