At the same time that my insomnia is creeping back, I slept for about 15 hours last night.
It's this horrible insomnia where I get ultra tired at around 5-6pm. If I don't sleep there and then, I can't shut off and now it's 3.25am.
Has anyone read Insomnia by Stephen King? I always want to experience that insomnia that gives you the ability to traverse the reality and levels we know. It'd be great to see those little white docs and their scalpels. I wouldn't be scared... sometimes I'd even beg them to slash my own aura.
Speaking of books, I read "All Families Are Psychotic" by Douglas Coupland in two days this week. I was so hooked. Talk about an epic. I was laughing, crying and made to think all in one long long moment.
The great thing about Coupland's books are I'm always left feeling like I need to read a sequal. They're like this little section of the character's lives - you don't see before and you don't see after - it's like a little slice.
I love cake.
The bonfire party was muchos fun. I'll post pictures as soon as I have the ones off film printed up.
I feel odd. More about that tomorrow. Maybe.
