The weather is slowly starting to heat up. What’s your favorite thing about summer? My boys’ first birthday is July 13th, and I’m planning their party! I’m excited to get back to the pool, this time with my little family in tow! I couldn’t go last year. Too huge and miserable in the summer heat lol
Also, for any of you on switch, I recently started playing some cozy games. Lemon Cake and Winter Burrow! I know Winter Burrow is on other gaming platforms but not sure about Lemon Cake. Lemon Cake is a fix up the bakery and make sweets to sell kind of game and I’ve been going hard 😅
Unfortunately had to quit my dealer job. My boys were not adjusting to me being gone AT ALL. And giving my husband such a hard time. The money was fantastic, and I really did like the job for the most part. They were sad to see me go, but I made sure to let them know that I’d love to come back once the boys are older.
Speaking of my gremlins, they’re on the move! They can crawl and have been pulling up to stand. It won’t be too much longer and they’ll be walking around 😭
Shooting my comeback solo set is still on my mind. Just on the back burner a bit until I can get their birthday over and done with at the very least. It’s still a bit hard for me to see myself as I was before being a mom. It feels bad to want to do things for myself ( though I know that’s just the mom guilt talking). My post pregnancy body is also something I’ve struggled with. I carried two little souls to basically full term for twins and I’m so glad I could. But looking at my body after that is hard. I’m hoping once I can get back into the groove of shooting more consistently, my view of myself will change for the better.
Anyways, drink lots of sweet tea this summer and have fun in the sun!
