Today I made salmon patties for lunch special and people ate them. I was amazed. I hate salmon patties generally but they were all right. I put a lemon dill cream sauce on them. I finished the sauce with a little sour cream so it had a little zip. Slow night on TV so I'm watching gangland one of my guilty pleasures. Back to it.

When I ate meat, salmon was one of those things that I really wanted to like because it's supposed to be so nutritious, but no matter how it was prepared I just couldn't stand it.

what happened to my finger is very rare! I can't stress that enough and I think I made the boss do it too soon. Hands take about a month to heal properly and to see if the ink will drop out. Mine fell out after about a week or two and I made the boss do it ready for the convention (that'll teach me)
