The kitty has been more or less behaving. She did not come when called last night, though, so had to stay outside. I regret this, but it is above 60 degrees here at night now, and it was up til 1a.m. that I waited. 
I went to a movie-viewing party, although it was more like chat, go get lunch and watch one movie, which is fine...I'm not often a marathon movie-watcher. The movie was Ghost Ship. I didn't like it much; it cobbled together lots of Event Horizon, a bit of The Shining, and a bit more of some other stuff, but not to the quality of those films. The DVD bits about the special effects had the makers priding themselves about not using CGI, which is funny cuz it looked like CGI to me, so....so much for using model props and mannekins/extras covered with gore instead of computer ones.
Luckily the people there were fun so I had fun. Usually, fun is had from fun people. My ex and her fiance were there, and some friends of hers.
I was trying to give the good vibes to Cherry's hockey team, but they got beat.
Another Devils player got hit in the head by a puck, after Scott Stevens's injury last round, and just after that the Senators scored the "sudden-death" thing.
I will write more detailed story-stuff tomorrow. Right now, I should look around the place and...hope someone gets on IM.

They're independent and want to show that they couldn't give a rat's ass about you while still taking everything they can and pestering you constantly when it suits them....but they are so cute and cuddly so you can't complain!

Actually, when I don't post much it's only partially cause I've been busy... it's more likely that things have just been uneventful. No sense in just posting "I had minestrone soup for lunch today!" or something, after all.
