I love these people. I dunno if I can summarize my time with or feelings for them, but here's a bit:
J.C. has such a caring relationship for her daughter and c.e.l. and her bro.s, and c.e.l. for his mom and the women of the house, and I agree with J.C. that the evening didn't go exactly as one plans evenings...
but I miss them already. And the cats.
Sometime in the upcoming weeks, guys?

I haven't been around as much the last few days; also, things fall through the cracks sometimes...
so, does anybody have any questions or topics I've left hanging? I thought this'd be a good time to ask... just anything from recent days, weeks, months that you were wondering or never got a Comment on.

good in that the dirt covering the egg deposits will be smoothed over and all scent trails washed away to thwart any would-be predators: (fox, coyote, raccoons, opossum, dogs, etc)
bad in that if said covering is washed away, eggs will be rendered vulnerable.
Either way, it's just as much "survival of the luckiest" as it is "survival if the fittest".
Thanks for the birthday wishes....talk to you soon.
