I AM MOVING TO PORTLAND WEDNESDAY
(edit- I should arrive by April 6-8. I'm stopping by my sister's in Denver; my mom's travelling out there, too.)
It's come to my attention over the last weeks that various folks still didn't know I was moving. I am, and in less than 48 hours I'll be trucking out cross-country with my crap in many boxes. I've gotten antsier and anxiouser waiting for the move to finally happen, getting a new vehicle, looking for a place to stay, so I'm glad to finally head out now that I have a place rented.
I'll miss many folks I met, and some I haven't met up with yet on the East coast. I dunno that I can cover all I have to say there. I'll have to let this do for now- I'm sad about it, but one way or the other I will visit back here someday, if at all possible.
Right now, I'm quit busy getting crap together (you know, the crap in boxes).
Lastly, I finally got to see a real rollerderby match last night, and it was Gadget's too! Hi to G, and the other SGers I saw out there. I'll get some pics developed in a couple weeks, maybe. Wish I could see DC's own, and HyenaHell's bunch but alas I am heading out. Go out to a bout, people.
Even more lastly, I will obviously be away from the PC for many upcoming days, so please don't sweat my total absence for a week or more.

I should give you a call soonish. I bet you're probably here or pretty close to here by now. Unfortunately, I'm a bit poor at the moment and trying to force myself to limit my drinking for a while. Bleh.
