You know, something I wanted to do for a long time is SGer matchmaking...not like matchmaking for dating, but for being friends? Is that presumptuous, to say that other people should try to be friends?? I dunno...but I had thought lately that EveL and joss might be compatible, and Tunnelslats and crazybob might, too....um, make of that what you will, guys...
also, it seems to me that everyone should have Franchise and MisterSatan in their Friends box. I can't imagine anybody not having them in there.

If I had a radio station, it would play songs that do not get played on the radio. I guess that's obvious. I would hire actors and comedians I liked, who aren't working much nowadays, to be DJs.
I like so many robots...I really liked the Jetsons when Mac and Rosie fell in love, and they would go berzerk around each other. I love the monster robot in that sci-fi-serial The Phantom Creeps that Mystery Science Theater showed (wasn't Bela in that one? I think so). I like Gort from The Day the Earth Stood Still. The robot butlers in Sleeper. I don't want to dis ebin, but it's Twiki, not Cookie, although it sounded like Twinkie so I can see your confusion. And "Ash is a robot...Ash is a goddamned robot." So many to choose from.
I like watching some sports. I really don't like sports journalism anymore though, which is just badmouthing and speculation on "why" teams won or lost. Who cares? I guess I'm about a 5, although I wish it was more like 3...I have to admit to watching lots of NFL, though.
I listen to longer albums on long trips. Phish Live Series. Something/Anything? Bob Dylan Live 1975. I once had on "1983" by Hendrix while driving and staring at fall leaves, burning colors into me, and it was the closest I've ever been to feeling stoned whilst sober. "Diesel Power" by Prodigy is a cool song to play while going through tunnels.
