Every time I open my MSN mail, there are 3 to 8 offers about "not having to pay bills" and "getting rid of debt" and "mortgage" this-or-that. Where do all of these leeching financial vampires come from? If I DID have a financial problem, which luckily I don't, I would discuss it first witih my parents or someone I could trust. I would never discuss it with online shysters and crooks, that's for damn sure. Where do these people come from? I guess from the same place as the people that are sending my old-old Hotmail acount offers of porno involving fathers and daughters, or aunts and cousins, or whatever combination of off-the-wall incest they can come up with.
So I am, as I told Franchise, looking into laser eye surgery. It's funny that on one of the forms they ask you WHY you want it. Well, it'd be nice to be able to SEE without devices. On the checklist they put "to feel attractive"...which to me, I mean...I've never seen anyone who looked attractive without glasses who didn't look attractive with them...but at the same time I might want a different appearance. It might not be BETTER in the strictest sense, but it would be more naturally ME without glasses on my face. Maybe that'd be a bad thing; perhaps I need more devices on my face.
I felt a lot better than I had in many, many days yesterday. I had been tense for at least a week and a half. That's a long time to be tense. I think this week's better for me. For one thing, instead of working 6 days I'm working 3. And it's not much of a 3; I worked about 90 minutes yesterday, before my appointment. A 90 minute day is a pretty good workday. It is....not too long. So I have today/tonight to knock off, one last workday, and then 3 days off. What will I do with 3 days? God, I hope I get around to mixing some music for folks; got to do a CD swap with someone...but beyond doing a random swap with SGers, I'd like to do some with people I actually talk to on here. Email me if you want; I'll give my address out to anyone that I figure won't do identity theft.

and just by chance here it is
Actually, I hated it when people would say "but the whole foods in (Dallas/LA/New Orleans/Boston/Hell) carries it, why don't you?" I always wanted to answer "yeah, but I bet they don't have lefse!"
