talk about a good sales incentive...

oh. wow, being alive is just not very beautiful sometimes. i've steadily kept depressed while leaving my phone unanswered. after half-heartedly watching an episode of c.s.i. tonight, i started to watch the "to be continued" episode which followed it. but THEN, i realized that life will most likely go on whether or not i commit to watching the second hour which i was not really all that enthused about because the acting is just so terrible on that show that it makes me want to murder a vegas stripper or two. so i played dice with the seemingly determined path of the future and turned off the tv.

and so far nothing terribly bad has happened in the past few hours that i know of. of course, nothing terribly good has happened either. maybe some really cool future somebody was born somewhere.

laura wants me to go to toronto for a couple of weeks. should i go? i've never been to toronto or ontario or canada. i hear its cold there. i hear i'm a bit of a wimp for thinking california is cold. i even like beer warm. well, its kind of an acquired taste.
