Hopefully I can stomach all the wonderful bbq food today. Enjoying the air conditioning on the hot memorial day. Making ribs, fish and steak, plus stuffed mushrooms, corn on the cob and of course chips and dip.

Hit the gym today for the first time since my cancer relapsed. Felt fantastic. Made a decision that if I'm feeling good I'm going to be working out. Can't believe I went almost four months, that's my addiction!!!
