Its always the worst when bad things happen during the holidays. All I can say from personal experience is live life one day at a time. Dont worry about tommorrow today or it will literally kill you. You cant control tommorrow today so just focus on one day. I know it sounds cheesey but its the only way that I made it through the last year. Its also slightly theraputic to find some new music and lose yourself in it for a while. Thats how I found the accoustic bersion of Times Like Theese. Good luck.
