Today I had to scrape a mashed up chocolate chip cookie mixed with sealant out of airplane structure, and then proceeded to spill a bottle of green paint, which got all over the left butt cheek of my pants. Then my upper back began to knot up, just before day two of my four day gym schedule. At least it's shoulders and abs today. Needless to say, it's... been a day! 🙃
