At the request/advice of Mneylu, my blog has begun. By the way Mneylu, I meant the last message. 
Ok, topic - women. I know, I know, beating the proverbial dead horse, but something's been on my mind. I made plans to hang out with a friend of mine last Saturday. We talked, she sounded excited and told me that she was getting off work, had to do a few errands and then we would meet up. Well, hours pass and nothing. Long story short, I got one text saying she was eating with some friends and that she would call me after; but I never heard back. I inferred what was happening so I made different plans and ended up having a great night, but it was still irritating. Yes, it's such an irrelevant and trivial thing to get so twisted about but I did for some reason - and before you start assuming, there is no, nor will there ever be any romantic interest between her and I. I want to blame it on her being female, but I know a lot of women who aren't like that. I also want to blame it on her age (23) but I know people her age who aren't like that. So, what am I left with; it's just her, the way she is. Again, it seems so inconsequential, but there is a pattern with her behavior and it's annoying as hell.
Women have been like this in my life lately; the available ones at least. There's always a catch - a little too old, too young, crazy, inconsiderate, a little slow in the head, etc. I have this picture in my head where I'm standing to one side of a cul-de-sac. There are several roads off-shooting from the other side of the cul-de-sac, all representing different women I know and could have some kind of interest in, but these signs start popping up in front of the roads. The sign in front of the road for the person in the last paragraph reads "Under Construction." Another road representing a girl that thought the U.S. was made up of 52 states has the sign "Slow Road" in front of it. I just found out another one of my semi-interests is nine years older than me so now her sign says, "Caution, Old Road." I know it all seems a little melodramatic, but I tend to be a visual person, lick it.

women are so stupid sometimes. i tried to date them back when i was 20, and it couldnt happen. they were just too nuts. so i wish i had advice for you on that one, but i really dont! :o
