and then you get something thrown at you

how does a girl take that and NOT be offended?
really a low blow for someone who already has very bad body issues, etc...to hear someone say that

i mean, i run back to adrian and he tells me that person is nutso and has no right to say that
but...it was a doctor.
aren't they supposed to be truthful?
