Just went to the mall (no, that is definitely NOT why I am happy, I despise the mall) but I went on a whim to the used video game/geek-o-rama to see if they had any killer old school nintendo games in. Walked out with Super Mario 2, Tetris, and The Legend of Zelda for 20 bucks!

In other news we had company for dinner the other night. 2 friends of ours stopped over and hung out. It was the funniest thing. One of them is quite manic and is on medication to help level her out, but she decided a few days ago she didn't want to take them for a while and see how she did. She was extremely hyper and quickly became the evenings entertainment. I have this book called Where's Elvis? (like Where's Waldo except well.... you get the idea) anyway, she would shreik and bounce all over the room every time she found him! She's great! and i think she should be off her meds more often! Just not for long periods of time.
now i'm bummed.....Super Mario Bros 2 is a blowout!
Didn't work at all and I don't think the place will take the game back. I might get lucky though and they will let me exchange it.

Zelda for 20 bucks? sweet. My girlfriend and I just found Castlevania II and Rad Racer at a thrift store for 2 bucks each... the best part... they were in the original boxes, mint... still in the plastic in the case. Rad Racer still even had the 3d glasses!
