I want to do something special. I have never had someone in my life who respected me so much for who I am. That means the world to me.
But my first marriage was to a barbarian. One of those who believed a women should walk 50 feet behind and only answer if spoken to. He killed my soul. But in a way I am thankful for that. I wouldn't be who I am today. I think it takes someone like that. To find out who we truly are inside. I was weak back then. Because I took the beatings. I became strong when I walked out the door and didn't look back. Took on the world as a single mother of two.
I am just thankful I got this chance in my life to find someone to give my heart to and make happy.
