this evening i have devised and executed a spanking new cocktail that the residents of Saucy Labs have designated the "Matador."
theMATADOR
it consists of
3 oz. of vodka
the juice of one half of one lime
a teaspoon of brown sugar
a good size splash of bubbly water
and as much cilantro as you can possibly muddle
shaken over ice and served in chilled cocktail glasses.
Magnifico!!!

- Orange juice
- Champagne
- Lots of sugar
- Ice!
Yuuuum
Vodka? CHeck
Lime Juice? Check

And I happen to have a shit ton of cilantro on hand.
