so i've got this new guy. pv2 jones. he does all the things that get under my skin quickly and as irritatingly as possible. he is like prickly heat. i want him to just shut up and watch. just watch and learn. but he doesn't grasp that, even when you tell him. so i get impatient. and i yell. he is making me the loud angry NCO that i do not want to be. fuck.
