I love remodeling rooms myself. Only problem is I don't have anyplace to remodel. I hate renting. Next to car insurance, that's the biggest waste of money I can think of. Hopefully, one day I'll have the house of my dreams! Just like the one in Practical Magic. It doesn't have to be near the ocean.
