I am: a single white male, mid-thirties, fairly handsome, brown hair, hazel/brown eyes, glasses, average build, introverted (intj), grounded, analytical, reliable but regularly late, a homeowner, non-career oriented, non-materialistic but I tend to hang on to junk, sarcastic, occasionally goofy, an observer, romantic at heart, a practical dreamer, a procrastinator, a cat lover, sometimes childlike, sometimes melancholy, and way quirky. I respond well to training.

I enjoy: music, hard cider, stormy weather (especially at the coast), singing when no one is around, watching the little corner of nature that is my yard (birds, squirrels, insects, spiders, trees, plants), nighttime, cooking (but only a couple nights a week), occasional forays to great restaurants around town, conversation, avoiding TV and most news, staying in, sleeping, computer games, jigsaw and easy crossword puzzles, the web, WHL hockey, finding cool rocks.

I am looking for: a female confidant who is childless, creative, playful, an animal lover (who loves talking about cats - hers or mine), on the slender side of a medium build, and can appreciate a low-key personality and humor. she may be longing to let her inner landscaper/gardener run free. she's a little animated, expressive or emotional, and a wee bit neurotic, but fairly stable. she will have to drag me out once in a while. she's only occasionally as kinky as Dia. light smoking at most, and no drugs, std's or dancing (singing okay). piercings and tattoos optional. glasses are a good thing. musicians are encouraged to respond. "strap me to the back of your scooter and drag me through town" (bonus points to anyone who knows the song to which that lyric belongs)
