so craigslist rocks. i've never really used it, but i had to completely furnish a new place because i'm moving on from my current place. i bought everything i needed (all very nice stuff) for under a grand. i'm happy.

i got a new job, which won't start until the end of the summer, but still it's a full-time job.

hope everyone had a great weekend! there was crazy weather here from sunshine to thunderstorms to hail. at least it was nice today. it's amazing how sun can make you feel so much better. well at least until reality sets in.

fucking rain!

heading back to boston from denver tonight. for what feels like the hundredth time over the past few months. this visit was for a funeral, so it wasn't all that exciting. but, i did get my irb application in to the university so at least i was productive while i was in town.

i sometimes question if some administrators are really qualified or competent to be running school districts. it probably explains why the us continues to fall in world education rankings.
